OSPAD is a local organization launched on the 14th of may 2000 by the groups of Somali intellectuals’ social experts, and human rights activists. The organization is non profit making, non political and sectarian. It was established to respond against public health, human rights abuses and social development debacle in Somalia.

VISION
OSPAD strives to protect community public health and human rights specially youth and is committed to ensure Somali youth free from illiteracy, poverty and Marginalization.

MISSION:
OSPAD is involved in developing public health and educational services with collaboration of key stakeholders and improves the living standard of some youth through establishment of income generation.
